Generally, a “reporting issuer” is a company that has issued securities to the public. Consult the OSC’s List of Reporting Issuers to see if a company is currently a reporting issuer (or publicly traded company) in Ontario. If you believe a company is a reporting issuer in Ontario, but it is not on the list, contact us .
